Who is Sherry Miller
Sherry Miller is a family law attorney with 30 years of legal experience serving the Fayetteville community. Her deep understanding of the law and unwavering dedication to fairness make her an ideal candidate for district court judge. She believes in treating people with respect, and earning the respect back. She has done this through out her legal career and will continue to do the same as a Judge.

Sherry Miller is committed to ensuring justice for all. She believes in a fair and impartial court system that serves the best interests of the community. Family law is one of the most complicated areas of law, and Sherry knows how to navigate through some of toughest issues surrounding divorce, custody, child support, alimony and property division. With the changes to the traditional family structures such as same sex parents, and third party caregivers, knowing the law is essential. Sherry knows that making decisions in family law can be difficult, but she knows playing it safe helps no one. She is not afraid to make the tough decision, and she has the confidence to make them. Her 30 years of practicing law in Fayetteville and her dedication to her hometown make her the right choice for district court judge.

About Sherry Miller
Sherry Miller is not just a candidate; she's a member of the Fayetteville community. Her father was stationed at Ft. Bragg in 1971. He decided to raise his family in Cumberland County and remained here after he retired. Sherry attended 71st Elementary School, Lewis Chapel Middle School and 71st high school. She went on to earn her BA in journalism at UNC Chapel Hill, and her Juris Doctorate at NCCU School of Law. She is married to Dr. Casey Dobson and her son Aiden is attending UNC Greensboro.
